When I force TCP only on two machines calls via apprtc sometimes don't get established. In case the call does not get established the side which started the apprtc call hangs in the ICE state frozen. As it works sometimes I'm assuming this involves some kind of race condition.

Oh boy! The linux side never sent a TURN create-permission request. Where have I seen this one before...

Seeing evidence that this is a duplicate of bug 985493 (right now, we are failing hard when we see EWOULDBLOCK; there is a patch for this coming). Will get back to this once we get a fix in.

This could also be a dupe of bug 1004530; frozen candidates that should have been attempted was one of the symptoms of that bug.
