On the reviewer detail page we should show the app's short_name in the grid of information at the top of the page so reviewers can see that it's appropriate for the app.

@adora & @eviljeff: You might want to modify your reviewer guidelines to mention short_name and how it must represent the app, be similar to the full name, etc.

Copied from mailing list convo:
My thoughts so far on defining the review policy are that the short_name SHOULD contain a word from the full app name, although there can be valid and reasonable exceptions to this. The short_name MUST not attempt to deceive the user.
For example:
BEST: Happy Bunny Game with a short_name of "Bunny"
GOOD: Happy Bunny Game with a short_name of "Easter"
BAD: Happy Bunny Game with a short_name of "Paypal"
Marco also pointed Wil to https://github.com/w3c/manifest/issues/23 which is where the W3C is also discussing short names, apparently. One of the examples there is "Robot Unicorn Attack 2"
shows up as "RUA2" on the iPhone, so initials should be allowed under the policy, too.
