@matt there is A LOT.

And some of it is sensitive /proprietary (that's just how it rolls, working with mobile companies).

I have consolidated most of it.

The deliverables from this session are:

1. A common repository of knowledge related to geographic opportunities 

2. Requirements for a "geo metrics" service on Webmaker.org, that we can use to better understand our growth, to be auctioned by Adam.

Rather than drowning the bug just yet, I will step everyone through what's extant, and we will leave the week with a wiki or Dropbox that everyone will have access to.

Sounds good. We will get at least part way there this week.
Ben has a good sense of the research. Once we determine what countries we want to go into, I can help loop into the communications/PR/marketing resources MoCo already has in place in each country.

I think we can close this bug. 

I'll leave the related bug open which was a 'geometrics' project, until I get round to a full triage of metrics bugs.
