User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140314220517 Steps to reproduce: Step 1: Open two tabs, one with a site which will bring up a popup dialog box (after few minutes of inactivity on that site) which forces browser to switch to that tab and show the JS based popup, usually exists for showing warning about inactive session like in online banking site, air ticket booking or some similar pages the other tab can be any simple page of which shows a print friendly version of the site and opens up the print dialog Step 2: Switch to the tab where the site opens up a print dialog, that modal dialog box is at the top of all Firefox windows, stay there without closing anything Step 3: after few seconds of step 2, the other tab opens the JS based pop-up dialog box which is also forcefully tries to switch browser to that tab and show the box at the top of that window Actual results: Firefox became unresponsive, interaction with any window or tab is impossible, it stays that way as long as you have to manually quit the process Expected results: Should not freeze and should give control to either of the modal dialog box to finish its action
