This work will lay the foundation for sprinting together in Toronto in early May. Let's hit the ground running by having a clear plan and roadmap for the group to follow when they get there.
* Note: the public-facing version of this doesn't have to be called a "textbook" -- and probably won't. Could be a "cookbook," or whatever. Adopting that term now because of clarity, and shift in approach.
