Details

SetUpFontCharSetInfo used to disable the "smart quotes" and several other glyphs as the Japanese glyphs were quite large compared to the Latin1 equivalents. This code has been disabled for a while and should be removed

This code is no longer used but was left in case we found a serious problem after shipping. To the best of my knowledge no problems have been reported so we should remove this code.
