Details

When typing username to authenticate on many websites (i.e. drive.googel.com, tunein.com, all odd characters typed are invisible until I type the next character.
For example, entering my username, I'd see:
1.
2. rp
3.
4. rpap
typing backspace (delete on Mac), has the same effect (deleting two characters at a time).
Summary: [Flatfish][Browser] Entering username on many sites, last character typed not visible → [Flatfish][Browser] Entering username on many sites, odd characters invisible until next character is typed
Can't reproduce on latest 2.1 build on drive.google.com.
What characters are the "odd characters typed"?
not "odd" in the sense of "strange" but odd in the sense of odd/even.

As I mentioned in the example above,
For example, entering my username, I'd see:
1. <blank> # I type the character "r", but nothing appears
2. rp # I type the character "p", and now "rp" suddenly appears
3. <blank> # I type the character "a" and nothing appears
4. rpap # I type the character "p" and "rpap" appears
Oh my bad, ok I get it now.

Hm, it seems it's been fixed on (at least) 2.1, if I go to drive.google.com and start typing, I got the correct behavior:
1. <blank>
2. r
3. rp
4. rpa
5. rpap

However I have no idea if it should be considered as a 2.0 or 1.4 blocker.
(Needs to be confirmed on 2.0, builds are unusable on Flatfish)
Great!
I've built for phones & B2G desktop, but not yet for tablet (which I'd like to update so I can do further testing). Do we use the same build just add a different flag for Flatfish? or, better yet, is there a place from where we can download a binary?
Yes, we have nightly builds from Foxconn, more info here https://wiki.mozilla.org/FirefoxOS/TCP/Flashing_your_device/

We may also have gecko/gaia OTA on ftp.mozilla.org soon.

For custom builds, you can find instructions here https://wiki.mozilla.org/FirefoxOS/TCP/Patching
