We want to enable telemetry reporting for B2G nightly builds on devices, like we do for other nightly builds. This involves adding the MOZ_TELEMETRY_REPORTING flag when building.

Chris, is this the way to do it? We need MOZ_TELEMETRY_REPORTING when building Gecko to enable telemetry.
