Description:
Swedish - The header string "Hotspot settings" is truncated under "Hotspot settings" under "Internet sharing". 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140428000206
2) Change the phone's language to Swedish.
3) Tap on "Settings". 
4) Tap on "Internet sharing".
5) Tap on "Hotspot settings" and observe the header. 

Actual:
The header string "Hotspot settings" appears truncated. 

Expected:
The header string "Hotspot settings" is not truncated.

This issue does not occur on the Buri 1.3 Moz RIL
