Description:
Swedish - The header string "Open Source Notices" is truncated under "Legal Information" in settings. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140428000206
2) Change the phone's language to Swedish.
3) Tap on "Settings". 
4) Tap on "Device Information".
5) Tap on "Legal Information".
6) Tap on "Open Source Notices" and observe the header. 

Actual:
The header string "Open Source Notices" appears truncated. 

Expected:
The header string "Open Source Notices" is not truncated.

This issue does not occur on the Buri 1.3 Moz RIL
