Description:
Notification for "Receiving Bluetooth transfer" is truncated in Danish, but not in English.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140428000206
2) Pair test phone with another phone using Bluetooth.
3) Send test phone a file from other phone using Bluetooth.
4) Accept Bluetooth transfer from test phone
5) Pull down notification bar
6) Observe that notification is truncated.

Actual:
Notification is truncated in test language

Expected:
Notification is not truncated in test language

It's not truncated in Danish. The English string has 3 trailing dots too.
