User long presses an open area of the homescreen, selects Add Smart Collections, and selects Custom... Intermittently, the homescreen displays prior to the Create your own Smart Collection displaying. The user expectation is not to have the homescreen display at this point. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Tarako to BuildID: 20140428014001
2) Long press open area on homescreen
3) Select Add Smart Collections and select Custom...

Actual:
Intermittently, the homescreen displays (for less than 1 second) and then the Create your own Smart Collection displays

Expected:
The homescreen does not display and user taken to the Create your own Smart Collection page

Repro frequency: 8/50 – 16 percent

This issue does reproduce on 1.3 Buri. Following STR from Comment 0, intermittently the homescreen displays briefly (less than a second) prior to the Custom Smart Collection naming page appearing. Repro rate is similarly low 3/18.

Mass update: Resolve/Wontfix all existing collections bugs as this feature is now removed.

Please re-open or file a new bug if you feel that this bug still exists in master.
