Description:
Once user is trying to setup a account manually, when you tap on the option "manual setup" it directs you to "manual setup page" and the header is truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140428000206
2)Tap on the "Email" icon.
3)Tap on "Manual setup" on the "New Account" page.
4)Check all the strings on the "Manual setup" page.

Actual:
The Header of the page "Manual setup" is truncated.

Expected:
The header string of the page"Manual Setup" is not truncated and translated properly.
