I am visually impaired in all versions of Firefox since 22 when high contrast mode is enabled the Firefox toolbars stay white, but the text is also white and unreadable

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140314220517 Steps to reproduce: Updated to 28. High Contrast mode is enabled in Windows 8. Actual results: Web page backgrounds are Black with white text, as expected. Toolbars and address bar at the top of the window are white background color with white text. Expected results: Toolbars should be black with white text.

Downgranding to 22 corrects the issue all version above 22 seem to have this bug.

I'm going to dupe this over to bug 963950, since the new Firefox 29 theme will be officially released tomorrow. I believe it's a bit better, but we've still got work to do.

Also... If you _just_ updated to Firefox 28 Beta you've missed the entire beta cycle and the chance to give feedback on it.

Updated to 29 Beta, seems to be much improved and readable.
