steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the marketplace-dev packaged app
2. Find a hosted app
3. Click on the Free button to install the app
4. Confirm installation
5. After install complete, check the button status
expected behavior:
button label changes to "Open" and the button turns green.
observed behavior:
button label changes to "Open" but the button remains blue until the users navigates away and returns to the page. See screenshot.
