Steps to reproduce:
1. Browse to https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utilisateur:%E2%84%B3%F0%9D%92%84%F0%9D%93%9B%F0%9D%92%96%F0%9D%92%94%F0%9D%92%89FR
2. Open the information window (ctrl + I)
3. Reload the page.

Bugzilla cut my comment because of the buggy characters.
Here is the missing part:
The first time I load the page, the characters are displayed correctly everywhere except in the tabbar.
But if I open the information window and reload, they are not displayed correctly at all.
I cant see any difference with current Nightly. Have you tried in safe mode?

I have tried with different computers and it seems I can only reproduce on OSX (with Firefox 29.0 and Aurora 30.0). I will try with different versions of OSX.

I have been able to reproduce this bug on Mac OS 10.7, but not on 10.6 or 10.9.

I can't seem to reproduce this on 10.7. The page title in the tab does exhibit bug 898984 (depending on the width of the tab header), but I haven't seen the behavior described in comment 1.
