Build: Firefox 30 Beta 1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox and open http://people.mozilla.org/~nhirata/html_tp/elephants-dream.webm
2. In portrait mode, long tap on the video and chose Full Screen
3. Change the orientation to landscape

Expected result:
At step 2: Toolbar should be hidden
At step 3: Toolbar should be hidden

Actual result:
At step 2: Toolbar is not hidden
At step 3: Toolbar is not hidden, at does not resize to landscape mode(See attached screenshot)

Is the toolbar intractable in that state or is it just some silly graphics invalidation issue?

The toolbar is intractable, you can tap on the url bar and navigate to about:home where the url bar is also broken(see attached screenshot).
