* Description:
  This bug happens on v1.3T build(Tarako device)
  While you are in call, opening keypad of dialer and pressing any number.
  You will hear the distorted dial tone.
  Attach the demo video. (WP_20140429_010.mp4)

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch the dialer app
  2. Make a phone cal (ex: 0287861100)
  3. While you are in call, please dial a extension line

* Expected result:
  - Device sounds normal dial tone

* Actual result:
  - Device sounds distorted dial tone
