Description:
While in "Call Settings" the string "Forward when unreachable" at the bottom of the page is truncated. This truncation also occurs under the "Forward when unreachable" settings.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140428000206 and change the language to Galician
2) From the homescreen select the "Settings" app.
3) Select "Call Settings."
4) Observe that "Forward when unreachable" is truncated
5) Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Forward when unreachable" (Note: you may have to wait for network settings before being able to select)
6) Notice the string "Forward when unreachable" above the textbox is truncated.

Actual:
The string "Forward when unreachable" is truncated.

Expected:
The string "Forward when unreachable" is not truncated.
