Steps to reproduce:

Go to a page with an iframe inside it and force refresh the page (Cmd + Shift + R on mac).
For instance, an iframe Facebook application in a page tab.


Actual results:

iframe content didn't change.


Expected results:

iframe cache should have been emptied too.
