We want to offer "partnership" training to Webmaker community members, so we can team up with them to secure local resources.
Write a description of how it works, see how we'd need to get Laura involved o including it in subsequent webmaker.org revs.

* Status?
I'm happy with the way it's described in the bug.
We will need to file a bug soon to get this somewhere on webmaker.org. But that's a ways away, dependent on testing the material with a few different cohorts (underway). So closing for now.
