Description:
When adding a custom collection, the user is not prevented from selecting OK when there is nothing entered in the name field.  This does not result in a created collection.
This is inconsistent with similar apps such as contacts that require at least some information before done can be selected.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140429014002
2) Press and hold the home screen.
3) Select Add Smart Collections > Custom...
4) Do not enter a name and select OK.

Actual:
The user is able to press OK when no name is entered.

Expected:
The user cannot press OK without a name entered.

This does occur on 1.3 Buri.

User can enter nothing in the name field and still hit ok.  No smart collection is added to the home screen.

Mass update: Resolve/Wontfix all existing collections bugs as this feature is now removed.

Please re-open or file a new bug if you feel that this bug still exists in master.
