1. When offline, launch marketplace-dev
2. Navigate to the details page of an app like Wikipedia
3. Click on the screenshot to load its details view

expected behavior:
If we allow detail view of screenshot when offline, it loads.

We're not going to allow offline in v1, so this is a wontfix for v1 and a wontfix for v0.  I'll hang it off of v1 though.
