User Story

As a developer I want to define the start path of my app in a manifest file so that I can control the experience of my app.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. The starting page of the app when launch is based ont he start path in the manifest as described by the W3C spec: http://w3c.github.io/manifest/#start_url-member
As per the start_url member of the W3C Manifest draft specification http://w3c.github.io/manifest/#start_url-member Should we also provide a way for the user to bookmark the current URL rather than the start URL in case that's what they want?

See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1003876#c21 Note: I think this bug should track the use of start_url when adding a homescreen bookmark for a manifest with the "browser" display mode. Support for apps installed for manifests with the other display modes should be handled in Gecko in bug 1087469.
