1003949 - Fine-tune editing mode entry animation

In response to the changes in bug 1000149, Lucas asked if I had tried making the editing mode entry animation faster.

A value of 200 [1] looked good, but a value of 150 looked really choppy because the other elements (keyboard, top sites, etc.) popped in so much later. This made me think that the reason Lucas may have thought the animation looked slow was actual because of this pop-in, and not the animation itself.

Play around with it and figure out what looks polished, if you've got the time. :)
