For testing we'll used Webmaker, but should Hive badges should be issued by a'Hive' or 'Webmaker' issuer?

Kate, I just wanted to note this bug and make sure it's not critical for some of the deadlines we discussed this morning. I forget what the "issuer" means in this context...

* Kate: what are the *technical* implications of this choice? What would be required on the back end for the "issuer" to appear as Hive, instead of Webmaker? Can you give a sense of how much work would be required? * Having "Webmaker" as issuer is fine for MVP. Should not be a blocker for the May 15 milestone.

Yeah, I agree. Basically this will determine what will show up on the 'Issued by' field, https://s3.amazonaws.com/k88hudson-screenshots/screen-shots/k88mac@2x_2014-05-12_at_12.44.34_PM.png It can also influence which badges different users have access to approve applications etc.

I'm closing this since we've decided we're going to use Webmaker for now.
