100402 - Folder name, Mac Extension, not supported

1. From http://jimbob/trigger3.html, click on Acceptance drop-down and choose
   a_getfolder_1_macextension
2. Click on Trigger case button
3. Click on Ok button from Items to Install

RESULT:
Install.log describes that file, smrtupdt.txt, is installed in "Program"
directory.  File is found there.

EXPECTED RESULT:
File is found in Extensions folder.  Install.log describes this installation
as well.

Nominating for branch.  Mac OS X is different.  This needs to work if a user
depends on this folder name to be able to install to this designated location. 
I suppose a workaround might be made by simply hardcoding the path.  I have not
tried this.  This folder name is fine for other versions of Mac OS.

There is no Extensions folder under Mac OS X

That folder name is not valid under Mac OS X - marking WONTFIX.

If that's not a valid target then getFolder("Mac Extension") should return null,
not some other wrong directory.
