* Long press results in the [x] showing up on all icons except the one you long-pressed, which comes in later.

* The throbbing of all apps doesn't start while you're still in the initial long-press. I know this is intentional, but it makes it feel like it's not ready to use yet. Something in the initial entry into edit mode needs improvement...

* The app you initially long-pressed consistently does a move to the left once the long-press triggers, and drops to the right when you end the press.

* There's often a delay between when you end the long-press and when the app does it's lil' right jump (see previous item) and everything begins to throb.

* The user shouldn't need to long-press *again* while already in edit mode in order to move icons around.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
