Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140428000206.
2) Tap 'Settings' from the home screen.
3) Tap 'SIM Security'.
4) Enable SIM PIN and restart the device.
5) Tap 'Skip'.
6) From the home screen swipe from top to bottom to view the drop down status bar.

Actual: The "Locked SIM card. Unlock your SIM to enable Usage" string is truncated.

Expected: The "Locked SIM card. Unlock your SIM to enable Usage" string is is translated properly without truncation.

This does NOT occur in Buri 1.3. This language was not available.
