Description:
the header string"Data usage limit" in 'Cost control-Reset data usage screen' is truncated when Euskara langauge is selected.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a to BuildID: 20140428000206
2)Step through the FTE
3)Tap 'Usage' from the home screen 
4)Tap the setting 'gear' icon in the tor right of the screen
5)Tap reset
6)Observe all the strings on "Data usage limit" page 

Actual:
The header "Data usage limit" is truncated in 'Cost control-Reset data usage screen.

Expected:
All the strings in the "'Cost control-Reset data usage screen" page are trnslated without truncation.
