1004209 - Ensure error cases are spec'd, error messages copy approved

While working on bug 987418, it became clear that the list of error messages in the fxa system app was not the same as the list of error messages displayed in the spec. I strongly suspect there are some error messages/cases unspec'd but needing UX attention before 2.0 ships.

This bug captures work to
  (a) generate screenshots of current error cases
  (b) update the spec as needed
  (c) implement changes to make the code like the (possibly updated) spec

Is this really a blocker? Seems more like a UX story? I can't tell if it's a blocker.

Discussed additional error strings with jgruen today, reassigning to him so that he can get matej's signoff on the copy

Once John and Matej are comfortable with these changes, or suggest additional revisions, I'll submit the changes as part of the 987418 bug, and will close this as a dupe of 987418.
