100421 - Card icon in the compose window's address field should be draggable

- One click: the icon select the entiere address (can copy the address)
- When Dragging the icon: the address is dragged.

A single click on the card currently *does* select the entire address, as 
requested in the original report.  (If an AutoComplete suggestion is being 
displayed, clicking the card icon acts to accept the suggestion.)

What is the purpose of dragging the email address?  
Where would you drag it *to*?  The message body?  Another address field?
I really don't see the desirability of this feature.

This bug report is registered in the SeaMonkey product, but has been without a comment since the inception of the SeaMonkey project. This means that it was logged against the old Mozilla suite and we cannot determine that it's still valid for the current SeaMonkey suite. Because of this, we are setting it to an UNCONFIRMED state.

Because of this, we're resolving the bug as EXPIRED.

If you still can reproduce the bug on SeaMonkey 2 or otherwise think it's still valid, please REOPEN it and if it is a platform or toolkit issue, move it to the according component.
