Description:
On contact setting page "Order by last Name" string is truncated when Euskara language is selected.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140430000201
2)Tap on the "Contacts" icon to open the contacts' app.
3)Pull down the notification bar and turn airplane mode on.
4)Tap on the "Gear" icon to open Contact settings.
5)Check all the strings on the page are translated properly without truncation.

Actual:
On Airplane Mode is On the string "Order by last Name" in "Contact Settings" page is truncated.

Expected:
All error strings when airplane mode is on are translated properly without truncation.

The truncation is orthogonal to the Airplane mode. This is a dupe of 1003612.
