Description:
Swedish - The header string "Data usage limit" is truncated in Cost Control.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20140430000201
2) Change the phone's language to Swedish.
3) Tap on the "Usage" app. 
4) Tap "Next on the Welcome screen.
5) Tap "Next" on the Data Report" screen.
6) Toggle on "Data usage limit".
7) Tap on the dropdown and check the header string.


Actual:
The header string "Data usage limit" is truncated.

Expected:
The header string is not truncated.

This issue does not occur on the Buri 1.3 Moz RIL
