On bugzilla, bug search results only, the browser wants to treat view source as
"download file of type application/cgi". The browser should know that whatever
the file type is I want to view the source.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to above URL
2. View -> Page Source (from application menu)
Actual Results: the source display window came up, but instead of displaying it
asked if I wanted to save it or open it with an application.
Expected Results: Should see the source displayed
Even of pages with extension .cgi this was the only one I found which caused
this particular problem
