Steps to reproduce:

1. Move the Bookmarks button to the left of the location bar. 
2. Firefox window is not maximized and has some space to the left of it (bigger than the width of the Bookmarks menu). 
3. Click on the Bookmarks button. 


Actual results:

Bookmarks menu is drawn outside the main window, down and to the left of the bookmarks button.


Expected results:

Bookmarks menu should be drawn inside the main window, down and to the right of the bookmarks button, similar to the way it's drawn when the window is maximized.
