Details

Currently we *only* have a 400 error to show that the form data is invalid. 

To make it easier to build out the decision tree to manage state it would make sense to additionally have this represented in the data to managing more of this from data for clarity. The data could also reflect an error message if necessary.

We can keep applying the error status codes.
