Description:
The 'Select a Network' string in the header of the Wifi page of FTE is truncated in the Nepali localization.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140430000201
2) Launch the FTE and select Nepali localization
3) Progress to the Wifi page and observe the header:

Actual:
'Select a Network' header string is truncated.

Expected:
'Select a Network' string is not truncated.

This issue does not occur on the Buri 1.3 Moz RIL

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
