Description:
Under Settings/Call Settings/Fixed dialing, the string/title "Authorized numbers" displays with truncation in the tested language. Truncation is not present in english.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140430000201
2) Tap on the settings app from the home screen
3) Tap on Call Settings
4) Tap on Fixed dialing
5) Observe the string/title "Authorized numbers" is displayed with truncation

Actual: The string/title "Authorized numbers" on the Settings/Call Settings/Fixed dialing page, is displayed with truncation.

Expected: All strings on the Settings/Call Settings/Fixed dialing page are displayed WITHOUT truncation.

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
