Seems like a bug of the add-on developers. Please contact them about it.

There shouldn't be any multi-line labels in the customization palette. As you can see from attachment 8416100 [details], if the label doesn't fit on a single line, it's normally truncated by an ellipsis. There's no reason for HTTPS Everywhere's icon to have a dropmarker (downward-pointing arrow) when it's in the customization palette. That's what splits the label across two lines. Lots of other add-ons have dropmarkers but behave normally in the customization palette, like Adblock Plus, Greasemonkey and Stylish. As mentioned above, please contact the add-on authors so that they can fix the issue.
