Description:
The user is unable to reopen the internet sharing portion of the settings app once the password or name of the hotspot is edited to have quotation marks (") in it.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140501014002
2) Go to Settings -> Internet sharing
3) Go to Hotspot settings
4) Change the SSID or Password to include a quotation mark
5) Close the settings app
6) Repeat step 2

Actual:
A blank white screen is shown, thus disabling the user from viewing the Internet sharing page

Expected:
The internet sharing page is shown properly without issue

Synced with today's build of Tarako and I can't reproduce this issue after many trials.

I was still able to reproduce this issue with 100% repro rate using the steps listed in comment 0
