Attachment says it all, here we have 6 default icons right next to eachother in different states.
And they're mostly all differently colored, and clash badly.
I know you need some color to indicate a bookmark or downloads completed, but why not something softer that doesn't distract like green and blue do, especially when they're next to each other like this, just looks gnarly.

I remember discussion on this, but don't see a bug on it.
IIRC, UX would like to change the download arrow from green to blue on Windows and Linux (it's already blue on OS X), so that icons have a consistent hilight color.
I think it's reasonable for the droparrow and reload to be different, given the different background, but Steven can confirm. (Seems like whatever they are, they should be consistent, with each other, though.) Let's spin that off to a separate bug if wanted.
