Possible regression from bug 981015: It appears that sliding two fingers up and down in web content scrolls much more strongly than before the reworking of touch and pointer adapters. Also, it scrolls further than the tones would indicate. This can be heard when sliding some way upwards, then lifting the fingers, then sliding downwards again. The descending tones start at a higher pitch than the ascending ones. Also when compared to a current Firefox 30 beta, at about the same pace one slides two fingers upwards, the tones ascend more rapidly.

I re-tested this after Eitan tipped me off to a report on the eyes-free list which, after a restart, cleared up for the user, but which could have been a regression from this work.
