Steps to reproduce:

1. Flash a fresh build on the tablet.
2. Enter FTU screen and enable Wi-Fi.
3. Enter the Import Contacts screen.
4. Select import contacts from Outlook.
5. Brought to the error message: "We're unable to complete your request."

Expected results:

The import contacts from Outlook function normally.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Updated B2G Flatfish to BuildID: 20140512
2) In FTU navigate to Import Contacts screen
3) Select Gmail / Outlook / Facebook items.
4) User input in account password field, and select Enter button.
5) <ISSUE> Display the error message.

User can import contacts from the Gmail / Outlook / Facebook.
