Description:
5 strings are truncated in the Dev menu right below the launch first time use button. The strings (in English) are:
Show accessibility settings, Enable APz for all conte... (truncated in english),Layers: Simple Tiles, Layers: Progressive Paint, Layers: Draw Tile Borders.
Repro Steps: (with language set to Albanian and device plugged in)
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140430000201
2) Go to settings
3) Go to developer menu
4) Scroll down to below the 'Launch first time use' button.
5) observe the selections below that button

Does not occur in 1.3 as Albanian was not an available language
