Description:
Albanian: The "App transition enabled" string is truncated under the developer menu screen.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140502000201 and change the language to Albanian.
2) Select the Settings icon from the home screen.
3) Select "Developer", and scroll down to the bottom.
4) Observe the "App transition enabled" string.

Actual:
The "App transition enabled" string is truncated.

Expected:
The "App transition enabled" is displayed correctly without truncation.
