Description:
While in the "Camera" app, in "Settings" the "Self-timer" options header overlaps with the "Settings" icon.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140502000201 and change the language to Lithuanian.
2) From the homescreen, tap on the "Camera" app.
3) Tap on the "Settings" icon. (Three horizontal bars on top of each other)
4) Tap on "Self-Timer"
5) Observe that the header string "Self-Timer" overlaps with the "Settings" icon.

Actual:
The header string "Self-Timer" overlaps with the "Settings" icon.

Expected:
The header string "Self-Timer" doesn't overlap with the "Settings" icon.
