Edit>Prefs>Privacy>Certs>Manage Certs.
Note that there is no way to close the window, other than exiting the app.

John, Max OSX doesn't have a "window manager" close window functionality
available from the title bar?

I don't see a way to close this window, or even move it.

Adding nsbranch keyword. Perhaps the problem is that the windows opens too high
on the screen, hiding the red Close button in the upper left, and the window is
not designed with an OK or Cancel button.
