Description:
Once developer tools are enabled and while in the "Developer HUD" settings, the very first string next to the toggle switch "Developer HUD" is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140505000201 and change the language to Spanish (Espanol)
2) From the homescreen, tap on the "Settings" icon.
3) Scroll down and tap on "Device Information"
4) Tap on "More information"
5) Scroll down and check the box "Developer Menu"
6) Tap the "back" arrow twice(2).
7) Scroll down and tap on "Developer Menu"
8) Tap on the drop down box "Developer Hud"
9) Observe that the first string "Developer HUD" next to the toggle switch is truncated.

Actual:
The string "Developer HUD" is truncated.

Expected:
The string "Developer HUD" is not truncated.
