Description:
In Settings/Developer, the second to last option, the string "App transition enabled" is truncated. This string is not truncated in English.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140505000201
2) Select Settings, from the home screen
3) Select Developer
4) Look at the second to last option
5) Observe the string "App transition enabled" displays with truncation

Actual:
The string "App transition enabled" displays with truncation

Expected:
The string "App transition enabled" displays without truncation
